Integrations

Flusia connects to what you already use

All native integrations: marketing, communication, billing and AI in a single CRM.

Every connection is enabled from settings, with no code, and brings emails, calls, messages, appointments and invoices onto the client record. Below you will find the full list, how the connection works and the most common use cases.

Request an integration

How it works, step by step

The same path for every integration: a few minutes, no code.

  1. 1

    Connect the account

From Settings open the Integrations Marketplace, pick the card and grant access: Google, Microsoft and Fatture in Cloud use OAuth login, AlfaDocs and Grain an API key, WhatsApp the phone number pairing. Nothing to install.

  2. 2

    Choose what to sync

For each service you decide direction and scope: customers as import, export or two-way, which calendars and Drive or OneDrive folders to read, which pipelines receive Meta leads. Settings apply to the whole organization and each user only sees what their role allows.

  3. 3

Everything lands on the client record

Emails, calls, WhatsApp messages, appointments, documents and invoices attach to the right client or deal. Syncs run on their own: Fatture in Cloud hourly, Business Central and Outlook every 15 minutes, Meta leads in real time via webhook.

Real-world use cases

How Flusia customers combine integrations in their daily work.

Agency: from Meta lead to invoice

The Facebook or Instagram form creates the lead in the pipeline with its source campaign, the rep replies on WhatsApp from the CRM, sends the PDF quote with online signature and on signing the invoice is queued in Fatture in Cloud.

Meta Ads integration

Professional firm: mail, calendar and documents

Gmail or Outlook synced with the client record, appointments on Google Calendar or Outlook Calendar, documents imported from Drive or OneDrive, Meet and Teams meetings transcribed and attached to the client. The firm keeps the tools it already has.

Google Workspace integration

E-commerce: orders, stock and customers

With the Warehouse add-on WooCommerce orders become customers and orders in the CRM, stock stays aligned with the shop and invoices are issued from Fatture in Cloud. Teams on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central sync customers, items, orders and invoices.

WooCommerce integration

Sales team: tracked calls and meetings

With the Voxloud phone system every call stays in the timeline with click-to-call from the CRM; with Grain, Google Meet or Teams, meetings arrive transcribed with summary and action items, already linked to the client or deal.

AI assistant: Claude and ChatGPT on the CRM

With the MCP server you connect Claude or ChatGPT to your Flusia and ask in plain words: “this week’s leads with no reply”, “create a callback task for tomorrow”. The assistant respects your user permissions and can never do more than you could.
